Client – A Global Insurance firm, made a decision of moving to a purpose built office accommodation in a leafy suburb of a predominantly residential peninsula in Dar-es-Salaam city, Tanzania, East Africa.

Architect Olayemi Komolafe of Pearl Projects and Development Ltd in conjuction with Ashlee becker Consultancy South Africa, redesigned an existing 3 bedroom house in Ikoyi into this 5 bedroom stately home. With almost a 50% increase in square footage added to the original development, it boasts an added ensuite guestroom and guest chalet at the rear of the devopment.

The newest addition to the skyline of the West Rand of Johannesburg is the long awaited office development that houses WesBank and FNB HomeLoans.
