Architect Olayemi Komolafe of Pearl Projects and Development Ltd in conjuction with Ashlee becker Consultancy South Africa, redesigned an existing 3 bedroom house in Ikoyi into this 5 bedroom stately home. With almost a 50% increase in square footage added to the original development, it boasts an added ensuite guestroom and guest chalet at the rear of the devopment. The architect worked closely with the client to adhere to the brief and requirements. The site construction took 13 months.
